My role as Operations Manager at CPI Selection sees me covering a wide range of responsibilities, including administration, accounts, credit control, analysing business data and ad hoc projects.
Originally from a banking background, I quickly realised that the sales environment, with its buzz and energy, was far more appealing and I have mainly worked in sales offices since. Outside of the office I enjoy long walks with my two German Shepherds, films and making progress on renovating my house.
My role as Office, Marketing and Event Coordinator entails providing effective and efficient support throughout all areas of the business. I love the fact every day is diverse! My typical duties include accounts, compliance, registrations, administration, auditing, payroll queries, sales support, managing social media accounts and organising events.
Previous to my role at CPI I have worked in Sales and Recruitment. Working in such fast-paced environments I am able to deliver under pressure and have the ability to prioritise a busy work schedule. Being organised is key to success!
CPI is hands down one of best places I have worked. Everyone is friendly and approachable and the management are supportive and they reward hard work. Once of my favourite memories would be an evening at the Crazy Bear and having a fantastic meal in their Thai restaurant.
Outside of the office I enjoy socialising with friends and family, watching films or TV series (pretty much all genres) or searching for my next holiday destination.
As a Marketing Executive, my role involves a variety of different aspects. I focus on developing an external, and internal awareness of who CPI are. This involves brand awareness, managing social media accounts, writing and collating content. Etc. One thing I love about my job is that no two days are the same, every day is unique and I am definitely kept on my toes! My journey here at CPI Selection has been just that…a journey! I have thus far learnt a lot, and grown and developed within my role. I am excited for what the future will bring, and am excited to see how marketing and branding efforts will continue to help CPI to progress and grow as a business.
Outside of work I love reading and learning and being outside in nature. I also love travelling and experiencing new cultures.

I’m Sam, and I recruit for sales people into technology vendors throughout the Reading, Basingstoke, Bracknell and surrounding areas. I do this so that I can afford to buy my son various toys from Fireman Sam and In the Night Garden, as well as so I can eventually go diving with whales and dolphins in the Dominica Republic (eventually). I support West Ham, so usually have every weekend until May. I once got my nose pierced on holiday and it got infected. Also, I met Marouane Chamakh on the Eurostar. *Neil shakes head disapprovingly as I read this aloud*

Outside of work most of my time is spent with my two children aged 8 and 11, whether it’s sitting down and helping with homework, taking them to one of many of their activities or just being their taxi! When I do get spare time I go to the gym and I can play a mean game of chess.
Born and raised in the Netherlands in a world where cycling, tulips and clogs are not just an advertisement for tourists but very much present in everyday life. I moved to the UK 4.5 years ago to start a career where my language skills can be seen as an asset and for a change of scenery.

Outside of work I spend time with friends down the pub and I try and visit my family and friends in the Netherlands about twice a year.
I am a seasoned Accountancy & Finance Recruiter with over 15 years’ experience in the Industry gained both In-House and on the Agency side.
I have returned to CPI after 2 years to spearhead the Finance Division for the business covering Bucks, Oxfordshire, Gloucestershire, Wiltshire & Berkshire areas.
Roles will include everything from Entry level & Transactional Finance through to Part Qualified, Qualified & QBE and C Suite level positions. This will include Audit, Risk & Compliance, Tax & Treasury and well as Practice Accounting roles. My technical knowledge allows me to recruit successfully with some of the more complex and challenging roles.
